Equipment you'll need

Webcam

To access our online counselling service you'll need a device with a webcam - most smartphones, tablets and laptops now have a built-in camera and microphone. If you prefer to use a desktop computer you'll probably need to purchase a separate webcam (approximately $30 for a basic webcam).

Skype

Skype is the most popular video conferencing system on the Internet, is very easy to set up, and can be installed on all devices. Please see our FAQ for installation assistance.

You'll also need a reliable internet connection to enable video conferencing, and you're welcome to contact our services manager to test your connection (for free).
